Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your counselling or nutrition appointment. To accommodate the needs of our clients and our practitioners, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice.
The cancellation fee amount will be the $80.00 deposit paid at the time of booking.

Payment of Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee will be due and payable within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] of the cancelled appointment date.

Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as sudden illness or emergencies, which may necessitate a last-minute cancellation. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will make reasonable accommodations.

Repeated Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to additional fees or restrictions on future bookings.

If you are unable to reach us during business hours, you may leave a voicemail or send an email with your cancellation request.
