As a woman I have personally experienced many of life’s challenges and transitions.  I understand the complexity involved in balancing motherhood, loss, work demands, and the delicate intricacies of relationships whilst navigating life’s ebbs and flows. I’ve witnessed firsthand how a woman often prioritises everyone’s needs over her own, and how trying to give from an empty cup can be profoundly draining.

As a counsellor, nutritionist and naturopath, I invite you to embark on a transformative journey where the mind, body, and soul unite for holistic well-being.  My approach to true health and healing is founded on the knowledge that your body has an innate ability to thrive when supported by proper nutrition and a nurturing environment. In my therapeutic work with women, I view you as the expert of your own life and see my role as helping and guiding you to recognising this as well. Establishing an authentic, and compassionate connection with my clients is paramount to me, ensuring that you feel safe, acknowledged, listened to, and affirmed.

With extensive life experience and working with women through their peri-menopause and menopause transitions I have witnessed the deep healing that comes with having a compassionate shoulder to lean on, an empathetic ear that listens deeply, and a guiding hand that offers grounding and clarity amid life's chaos.

My therapeutic toolkit integrates evidence-based modalities like Person Centred, Strengths Based, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.
